Gold mining items, Native American collectibles, railroad pieces, and gambling and western antiquites will be on display and for sale at the fifth annual Antique Western Memorabilia Show. A book signing by Richard Hurley, author of “California and the Civil War” will also be a part of the event.
Attendees are invited to bring items from the “western” era for expert vendors to answer questions on the pieces’ history and value.
The Antique Western Memorabilia Show, hosted by the Nevada city Elks Lodge, will take place noon to 5 p.m. March 9 and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. March 10 at 518 Highway 49 in Nevada City. Admission is $5 and children under 12 are free. Early bird entry from 9 a.m. to noon March 9 is $25.
