The 5:30 p.m. Thursday meeting is following the board of directors’ regular 2 p.m. meeting. The meetings are scheduled to be held at the agency’s headquarters at 144 Ferguson Road in Auburn. At 5:30 p.m. May 10 the agency is holding a public hearing at the Auburn Holiday Inn at 120 Grass Valley Highway.
