I see where Sacramento wants Placer and other counties to help build them a new arena and they have selected Sen. Ted Gaines to help spearhead this effort. I think (Assemblywoman) Beth Gaines should whisper in her husband’s ear, “Teddy boy, maybe you should let this one slide by.
