The Sacramento Optimist Club's All-Star Basketball Games for area girls and boys senior standouts will be played Saturday at Center High School in North Highlands. Game time for the girl's game is set for 4:30 p.m. with the boys following at approximately 6:30 p.m. Foothill area players involved in the boys game include Scott Krizman of Colfax, Jake Lovisolo of Del Oro and Chris Garrison of Rocklin. The boys team will be coached by Justin Clymo of El Camino and Pat Pavlichik of Mesa Verde. In the girls game, area players for the North include Emilie Johnson and Stevi Bair of Del Oro, Courtney Harrison and Tyler Divine of Colfax and Kasey Riecks and Madison Meade of Placer.
