Lady Falcons fall at Tokay, 51-46

LODI — Like their boys counterparts, the Lady Falcons will be awaiting the brackets for next week's Northern California Regional game after falling to Bradshaw Christian 51-46 here Wednesday in a girls Div. IV semifinal. 

The loss marked the fourth straight season that the Lady Falcons have fell one game short of the section title game.
In Wednesday's game, the Lady Falcons had a poor second quarter and fell behind 27-16 at halftime and 39-29 at the end of three stanzas before coming back to make things interesting.
Led by Kaila Tremoreaux's seven fourth-quarter points and treys from Raegan Lillie and Taylor Avila, Colfax cut Bradshaw's lead to 47-46 with 1:58 to play before their comeback try ended when Erika Bean (18 points) broke free for a lay-in and Briana Barnes added another big hoop.
Colfax, now 20-10 on the season, was sparked by Tremoureaux with 19 points, Lillie with 11, Amber Tobiasz with eight and Avila with five.
Bradshaw will meet Bear River Saturday at 11:30 a.m. at Sleep Train Arena for the Div. IV crown.
